Maryland's Medical Malpractice Mess
It is pathetic that the plan was to provide subsidies to those at the highest end of the income scale (doctors) using taxes paid by those with lower incomes. It always amazes me how subsidies are so attractive to politicians - whether to big corporations or other special interests - rather than the effort of dealing with the root cause of the problem.

Yet another story about ridiculous health care proposals from Maryland. We're doing our part to try out any and all bad health policy ideas so other states can learn from our mistakes.
