Poor Subsidize the Rich

I'm sure that's not what Steve has in mind .... Rather, it's just another example of unintended consequences. The matching funds are meant to help out the poor states, but the richer states use them to expand their programs.

"Subsidies all around" seems to be the motto.

OK, ok, so New York gets more money than Kansas. Just look at the great things our tax dollars accomplish. We really need more government health care don't you think?
