Wait Time Down in Canada, Still over 3 Months
I wonder if the improvement is due to the opening up of private offices for diagnostic services and day surgery. In the wake of the Supreme Court of Canada's decision in the Chaoulli-Zeliotis case, these clinics have been popping up all over the place.
