Bailing out Massachusetts

This is terribly frustrating, especially since the media keep saying that it's a grand success.

This plan was supposed to pay for itself and pave Romney's way to the White House. It should have been obvious to conservatives at least that this could never work. Costs up, taxes up, waitlines to doctors, UP.
