Medicaid and Home-Based Care
One fly in the ointment for the home and community-based care push is that sometimes institutional care is better and cheaper. Depends on the case. But distant third party bureaucrats can't tell. And until people can choose without government discriminating against one kind of care or the other, it never will be right.
