Rainy Day Feeling in Florida
It seems to the trend in states nowadays -- expand Medicaid in the face of declining revenue. We see that in Ohio, Maryland, and now Florida. I'm sure there are other examples. The lessons of the recession earlier this decade seems to be lost on these folks.
