Can Families USA Count?
These Families USA numbers, and their derivatives, are just plain wrong. Governor Schwarzenegger used a California version of these numbers for his proposal. I criticised the California estimate in a paper at http://liberty.pacificresearch.org/publications/id.3579/pub_detail.asp.
