Free Insurance: Try It, You'll Like It

Talk about a loss leader. Kaiser Permanente is offering free health insurance , for one year, to 19-24 year-olds in Hawaii. There's a cap on the number of people eligible, but it will cost the company at least $400,00 a year during the year it is offering what amounts to a free trial period.
